As the host of Charlotte Earth Day 2024 and the keeper of Charlotte's oldest standing home, this historic site is currently overrun with invasive species and needs your help!

Our mission is to build and maintain a nature trail, creating a certified native plant and wildlife habitat. This marks the first of monthly volunteering days leading up to Charlotte Earth Day (April 20, 2024) and offers a unique opportunity to showcase environmental stewardship in the wider Charlotte community.

Bring your landscaping tools and equipment (loppers, small handsaws, weeding tools, hand shovels, garden gloves, etc.)! We will have a limited selection of tools available to borrow if you don't have any of your own.
